You’re invited on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. for a blended worship service of traditional hymns with today’s contemporary favorites. Coffee and popcorn are offered before the service every Sunday. We encourage you to come early to enjoy this time of fellowship.
Families are invited to begin worship together. After the Kid’s Message, those in 4k- 5th grade will be excused to join their teachers for Sunday School. We also have a nursery for the littles. All volunteers have completed background checks and MinistrySafe training.

As we enter a sacred season of slowing down, listening more deeply, and returning our hearts to God. Lent invites us to move from surface faith to deeper trust, from knowing about God to truly knowing Him. Each Sunday during Lent we take Holy Communion. Gluten Free wafers are available upon request.

We offer groups for everyone! We have two women’s Bible studies on Tuesdays, Project Refresh on Wednesday, Men’s Bible Study on Thursday followed by J.O.Y. in the Morning and our Prayer Shawl Ministry. For more information about Connection Groups offered at Point Hope Church go to Connect.
You’re invited to “Project Refresh” on Wednesday nights through March 25th! Meet at 6:15 for supper and bring a main/side to share! Groups for kids/students, young adults, middle-aged adults and a new group for folks in their 60s meet from 6:45-7:45 p.m. Please RSVP by noon on Tuesday if you plan to bring a child for the nursery. “You refresh and renew me, showing me the right way to live…” Psalm 23:3
We are so excited to offer this new ministry! Beginning with the fall semester of the 2025-2025 school year, Point Hope Church will host a limited number of students in grades kindergarten through second. Students will ride Bus #209 from Laurel Hill Primary to the church and arrive at approximately 2:54 p.m. Click here for more information.
A mission of Point Hope is helping with the Holy City Missions weekly To-Go Soup Kitchen. We collect items on the Missions Shelf to fulfill the ingredients needed each month. We then prepare a meal that will be served the second Monday of each month. If you would like to help prepare the meal, there is a sign-up sheet on the blue table in the Gathering Hall.

Point Hope was established in 2002 in response to the population growth of northern Mount Pleasant.
Our doors are always open to anyone seeking a place to worship, connect and serve. We strive to create a warm and inviting environment at Point Hope and that everyone who walks through our doors feels God’s presence.
Point Hope is a place where individuals and families can discover the love of God, the grace of Jesus Christ and the presence of the Holy Spirit.
